At London Watches, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options.

1. Return Policy

You may return your watch within 45 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions

  • The watch must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective films must be fully intact and attached.

⚠️ Important:
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a full refund or accept returns if the protective films have been removed.

Packaging

The return must include the complete original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.

Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@crwluxury.com.
  2. Send photos of the watch for initial review.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

2. Exchange

You may exchange your watch for another model within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Exchange Conditions

  • The watch must be unworn.
  • Protective films, tags, and accessories must be fully intact.

Price Differences

Depending on the case, any price difference will be:

  • refunded, or
  • additionally charged.

3. Warranty

All watches from London Watches come with a 2-year warranty.

Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues under normal use

Warranty Exclusions

Damage caused by:

  • Accidents or impacts
  • Water damage beyond the specified water resistance
  • Improper use
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties
