Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all business relationships between London Watches and the customer in the version valid at the time of the order.
Any differing conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless London Watches expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
3.2. By clicking the “Buy” or “Place Order” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
3.3. Confirmation of receipt of your order is provided immediately after submission and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
3.4. The contract is only concluded when we accept your order via an order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods to you.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

Note:
No restocking fees are charged for properly returned items.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. The prices listed on the product pages are final prices.
5.2. In addition to the listed prices, shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
5.3. Shipping costs are charged only once per order, even in the case of partial deliveries.
5.4. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs such as customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are to be borne by the customer.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal, or other available payment options.
6.2. The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.
7. Delivery and Retention of Title
7.1. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
7.2. The goods remain the property of London Watches until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty and Guarantee
8.1. Statutory warranty rights apply.
8.2. In addition, London Watches provides a 2-year warranty on the watch movement.

9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

London Watches is willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
